Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, kindly refer to our general size charts. Additionally, product specific measurements are also available in our product descriptions.

If you are in between sizes, size up for comfort and size down for more compression.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order is shipped. 

For West Malaysia orders, you should receive your parcel within 2-5 business days from the date of shipment. For East Malaysia orders, you should receive your parcel within 4-7 business days from the date of shipment.  

Please note that delivery might be delayed due to unforeseen reason (extreme bad weather or other force majeure).

What happens if I miss my delivery?

After 3 delivery attempts, your parcel will be returned to us. But we'd be more than happy to redeliver your order!

Take note: Return fees and additional redelivery fees will apply.

Can I track my order?

Tracking information will be sent to your e-mail once your parcel is shipped. Alternatively, you may also visit our courier tracking website and key in your tracking info at: https://www.ninjavan.co/en-my/tracking

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Is there any shipping fee?

We offer free shipping for orders above RM75. For orders below RM75, there will be a delivery fee ofRM5 for West Malaysia and a delivery fee of RM10 for East Malaysia. 

Do you ship overseas?

We only ship domestically (within Malaysia) at the moment.

Overseas delivery will be added soon! :)

I received a wrong item, what should I do?

We are terribly sorry for the mixed up! Please give us a chance to fix it.

To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at hello@lizathleisure.com with the following:

1. Order Number

2. Email address used to place the order

3. Photo of the incorrect item

4. Reason for the return/ exchange

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please make sure your items are unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

After your return is confirmed, please note that store credit (same value to the product returned) or a full refund to a local bank account/ e-wallet will be given in cases where exchanged item is out of stock.

I received a defective item, how do I request for an exchange?

We are really sorry that you receive a defective item! Please allow us to fix this.
