At Liz Athleisure, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take quality control seriously and all items are carefully inspected prior to shipping. Kindly check your size before placing an order.

Return and Exchange

We have a 7 calendar days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We offer return on the following cases:

- Item received is different from the item ordered 

- Item received is defect

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at hello@lizathleisure.com with the following:

  • Order Number
  • Email address used to place the order
  • Photo of the incorrect/ defective item
  • Reason for the return/ exchange

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

After your return is confirmed, please note that store credit (same value to the product returned) or a full refund to a local bank account/ e-wallet will be given in cases where exchanged item is out of stock.
